Last weekend we saw a number of Mackay Cycling Club members compete in the State Individual Time Trial Championships and the State Road Race Championships. Riders competing over the weekend were Michael Sleeman, Tim Ffrost, Brendon Brauer, Nixon Brauer, Aram Drake, Alex Bogna and Michael Cheesman.  Saturday afternoon saw the boys partake in a gruelling out and back time trial course. For those competing across the 20km distance it consisted of 232m of elevation whilst tackling strong crosswinds and extremely dry conditions.
