Shipping details:

• Postage and handling for Clothing, Part and Accessories orders under $49.99 is $10
• Postage and handling for Clothing, Part and Accessories orders $50 and over is free
• Is in store "Click and Collect" is available as an option at checkout
• Our goal is to have your Click and Collect order available within 4 hours during normal operational hours (8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday)
• All clothing, parts and accessories will be sent by Courier or Australia Post satchels where applicable.
• Our goal is to have your order sent within 24 hour of placement, with exclusions for weekend and public holidays.  For estimated transit time, please see Australia Post's website 
• If you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery to arrange replacement/refund/exchange - kyle@mackaycycles.com.au
• Co2 products will be sent road freight
• Bicycles can be purchased online for in-store collection, please be aware we cannot freight new bikes.
• Frameset, Balance Bikes, Scooters and Ex-Demo Bikes are able to be freighted, we offer a flat $49.99 shipping rate on these items.
