• Postage and handling for Clothing, Part and Accessories orders $99.99 and under is $10
• Postage and handling for Clothing, Part and Accessories orders $100 and over is FREE
• We now offer Ship-to-Home on a range of Specialized bikes, available for the east coast of Australia - Flat rate of $150 - Your bike will come near to fully assembled, rear wheel on - simply fit front wheel, straighten the bars and attach pedals
• We cannot ship/freight new TREK bikes.
• Is in store "Click and Collect" is available as an option at checkout
• Our goal is to have your Click and Collect order available within four (4) hours during normal operational hours (8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday)
• All clothing, parts and accessories will be sent by Courier or Australia Post satchels where applicable.
• Our goal is to have your order sent within 24 hour of placement, with exclusions for weekend and public holidays.  For estimated transit time, please see Australia Post's website 
• If you receive damaged goods, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery to arrange replacement/refund/exchange - kyle@mackaycycles.com.au
• Co2 products will always be sent road freight
• Any bicycles can be purchased online for in-store collection.
• Frameset only, Balance Bikes, Scooters and Ex-Demo Bikes are able to be freighted, we offer a flat $99.99 shipping rate on these items.
