Full Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information

All online orders are processed and shipped from our Mackay store during normal operating hours (8:30am–5:30pm, Tuesday to Friday). Our goal is to have your order dispatched within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All Clothing, Parts and Accessories are shipped via Australia Post or trusted Courier services, depending on item size and destination. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates

Orders under $150 (Clothing, Parts & Accessories): $15 flat rate
Orders $150 and over (Clothing, Parts & Accessories): Free shipping
Framesets & Balance Bikes: $100 flat rate
Ship-to-Home Bikes (East Coast of Australia only): $150 flat rate
Ship-to-Home Bikes other areas, please contact us

Please note: We are unable to ship new Trek or Scott bicycles.

3. Ship-to-Home

We offer Ship-to-Home delivery for selected bicycles across the East Coast of Australia. Bikes are shipped almost fully assembled with the rear wheel fitted – you’ll just need to install the front wheel, straighten the handlebars, and attach the pedals.

If you live outside the East Coast of Australia and would like a shipping quote, please contact us directly to discuss your options:

We recommend requesting shipping insurance (available from Mackay Cycles) or arranging your own for items valued over $400.

4. Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available for all online purchases. Our goal is to have your order ready for collection within four (4) business hours during regular store hours.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is ready for pickup from:

5. Regional Delivery – Movin’ on with Muttley

For customers in Moranbah, QLD 4744, you can select Click & Collect at checkout and arrange delivery with:

After placing your order, leave a note at checkout and contact Movin’ on with Muttley directly to arrange collection from Mackay Cycles and transport to Moranbah.

6. Damaged or Missing Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange. Contact us at kyle@mackaycycles.com.au.

7. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and carrier. For estimated transit times, please refer to Australia Post’s website.

CO₂ cartridges and other dangerous goods will be shipped by road freight only.

8. Consumer Guarantees

All shipments are covered under your rights as a consumer in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
