CycleFit is run by Kyle and Tracey Marwood. It is a 60min stationary trainer session for Cyclist of all levels looking to improve their fitness, strength, technique and ability on the bike.
There is two sessions per week - Tuesday 5:30pm or Thursday 5:30am
Each 'Block' consist of 6 sessions, one session per week, either on a Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning.
Block 6 : 3rd September to 10th October
Block 7 : 15th October to 21st November
