CycleFit Session's

CycleFit is run by Kyle and Tracey Marwood.  It is a 60min stationary trainer session for Cyclist of all levels looking to improve their fitness, strength, technique and ability on the bike.

Session's

There is two sessions per week - Tuesday 5:30pm or Thursday 5:30am

Session 'Block'

Each 'Block' consist of 6 sessions, one session per week, either on a Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning.  

Block 2 : 19th March to 25th April 2019

Block 3 : 30th April to 5th June 2019

Block 4 : 11th June to 18th July 2019

Block 5 : 23rd July to 29th August

  • Cycle Computer (cadence sensor is recommended)
